How do remote projects run?

We use Google Meet calls for the conversations that benefit from live discussion, shared project updates to track decisions and asynchronous video walkthroughs so you can review work when it suits you. Required content, access and approvals are identified before the build starts.

You speak with Progress directly throughout. A clarity call leads to a concept and a clear quote, including scope and timeline, before work begins. Feedback is organized around review points rather than scattered across unrelated messages.

When can we speak across time zones?

Progress works from Nigeria in West Africa Time, UTC+1. There is full overlap with UK and European business hours, mornings for the US East Coast and afternoons for the UAE. Australian calls are scheduled around agreed availability. For Canada and other US time zones, we arrange an appropriate overlap rather than claiming one schedule fits every region.

How are payment and currency handled?

Payment options are Remitly, direct bank transfer or invoice. Currencies are quoted on request and confirmed with the project quote. Each engagement is scoped individually, with no hidden fees and a timeline included before work starts.

What happens to client access?

Client logins are used only for the project and access is returned at handover. We agree which accounts are needed and avoid requesting unrelated access. An NDA can be signed on request before confidential information is shared.

What should your remote project brief include?

Share your business location and time zone, the task you need to improve, the tools already in use and the people responsible for approvals. Include examples of the current problem rather than passwords or confidential customer records. For an existing setup, describe what works and what must be preserved.
