1. About these terms
These terms govern use of akanovastech.com. Akanova's Tech is a trading name used by Progress Akande Oluwademilade, an individual service provider based in Nigeria.
2. Website use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, copy its content at scale or misuse the site, its forms or its other functions.
3. Content and intellectual property
Site text, design and graphics belong to Progress Akande unless stated otherwise. Client reviews are quoted from Upwork and Fiverr.
Third-party names and trademarks, such as GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, Zapier, Vapi, Retell AI, Twilio, Squarespace, Lovable, WordPress, Wix and Stripe, belong to their owners and are used only to describe services. No endorsement or affiliation is implied.
4. Information only
Guides and website content provide general information, not legal, financial or other professional advice. Results depend on many factors and are not guaranteed. Consult a qualified professional where your decision requires advice for your circumstances.
5. Project work
Every project is governed by its own written quote, proposal or agreement covering scope, timeline, price and payment. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the project agreement prevails. Work starts once the scope and quote are agreed in writing.
Payment is by Remitly, direct bank transfer or invoice as stated in the quote. Third-party software, subscriptions and usage fees, for example CRM, automation, AI, telephony or hosting, are the client's responsibility unless the quote says otherwise and are subject to those providers' own terms.
Ownership of final deliverables passes to the client on full payment unless agreed otherwise. Progress Akande may keep general know-how and reusable components and may show non-confidential work in a portfolio only with the client's permission. Confidential information is kept confidential, and NDAs are available on request.
6. Third-party links and platforms
The site may link to third-party websites and describe third-party platforms. Progress Akande is not responsible for those websites or services, their content, availability or terms. Review their own terms and privacy information before using them.
7. Availability
The website may change or be unavailable at times. Content and features may be updated without a commitment that every page will remain available continuously.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as is, and Progress Akande is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Liability for project work is as set out in the project agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law and disputes
The laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria apply, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections where they live. Parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith. Any applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.
